Yes! We assemble each puzzle while enjoying each other's company and listening to audiobooks. Once completed, we select fun and artistic 4” x 4“ scenes from within the puzzle (about 20-24 coasters per 1000-piece puzzle). Some coasters do end up being larger or slightly rectangular, depending on the manufacturer – part of the charm of these unique, handmade pieces!

Once we select our coaster scenes, we glue each one together, and treat them with several layers of various waterproofing solvents. We also laser cut fine grain cork to match each coaster scene perfectly. We glue these two elements together to make our very awesome product!
